Roxana Melgarejo is a San Francisco real estate advisor with over two decades of experience representing buyers and sellers across one of the most nuanced and competitive markets in the country.

As Co-Founder of the Rita & Roxana Team, she brings a steady, strategic approach to every transaction—guiding clients through complex decisions with clarity, structure, and a deep understanding of how to position real estate in the San Francisco market.

Roxana’s expertise spans single-family homes, luxury condominiums, lofts, and new developments. Her work is grounded in thoughtful preparation, market awareness, and precise negotiation—ensuring each client moves forward with confidence, not uncertainty.

Her approach is shaped not only by years in real estate, but by a professional background that sharpened her ability to connect, communicate, and adapt. Before real estate, Roxana spent over a decade as a flight attendant, working with people from all walks of life. Originally from Lima, Peru, Roxana moved to California at the age of 15 and is fluent in both Spanish and English. She works with a diverse range of clients and is known for creating a process that feels organized, proactive, and well-managed at every stage.
