“I selected Rita V Schmid of Vanguard Properties to assist me in selling my live-work loft in San Francisco. Although we never met personally, since I live on the east coast, I was impressed by her positive personality, her energy, and enthusiasm about this unique space I had designed and developed 20 years ago.
